Shipping policy

Standard Shipping:

Despatched within 1 day or during busy periods 1-2 days, shipment will take a further 1-3 days. Please allow a little more time for personalised items.

Free Shipping:

As above, but will only show if there is more than £50 total in your basket.

Missing items:

We post your orders securely through a trusted courier. Once an item has been successfully delivered and proof of delivery has been provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. In such cases, we are unable to offer a replacement or a refund. You must let us know within 60 days of the expected delivery date if you believe a parcel is missing.

Click & Collect:

Collect in person within 1-3 business days with your order number. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection. Check our 'Contact Us' page for location and opening times.
