You have 21 days to return the item for an exchange or refund, from when you placed the order
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by your proof of purchase (receipt). We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if these conditions are not met.
Special Orders
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for non-stocked items, including special size blazers. Please take advantage of our changing room to try before you buy.
Condition
Items must be un-worn and with all labels left on when they are returned to us
In Store
You are welcome to bring the items in store, please bring your delivery note or order confirmation to allow us to help you quickly
Customised
We cannot refund or exchange customised items, such as shorts with initials, PE kits with names and Staff items with names or logos, make sure to measure or try on in-store and purchase the right size
Shipping
Shipping costs can't be refunded, but we welcome exchanges in store if convenient for you
Faulty?
In the rare case that you receive a faulty item, we'd be happy to replace it like for like*
Goods are only classed as faulty if a manufacturing fault has occurred during normal use. For example we cannot replace an skirt with a broken zip if the hem has been repeatedly folded over, as this damages the zip over time.
In most cases we will be happy to ship returns back to you for free if your order qualified for free delivery in the first place, however we retain the right to charge for shipping if we think the free shipping is being abused and will only do so after gaining your approval.
